Release Excess Weight

Hypnosis is a great aid to easily and permanently lose weight that interferes with your good health and your positive self-image. While in hypnosis, positive suggestions are directed to your subconscious mind to eliminate the excess fat stored in your body and to maintain a lean, healthy, strong, and attractive body. These suggestions are easily accepted by your subconscious mind because they are a part of your everyday life, giving you a new path to weight reduction, with new thoughts, responses, and actions to assist you in achieving your goal of releasing the excess weight and to improve the quality of your life. And, unless you choose otherwise, they remain a permanent part of every cell of your mind and body and are extremely effective.

What are some suggestions that can be given while in hypnosis that will motivate you to release the weight easily and permanently?

  • One suggestion given while in hypnosis is to focus on your ideal weight. Your subconscious mind accepts the suggestion and works with your hypothalamus, which influences your appetite, your energy, and your level of weight to work with you to achieve your ideal weight.
  • Another suggestion that your subconscious mind will easily accept is to change your metabolism by eating the right foods at certain times, participating in daily cardiovascular activity, and by having a clear vision of your goal.
  • Note: When your supply of stored energy (fat) is threatened, your body will do two things: 1. it will cause you to increase your intake; 2. it will slow your metabolism to use less energy and burn fat at a lower rate. Therefore, trying to starve yourself to release the excess weight will only defeat your purpose and cause you to store more fat, increasing rather than decreasing your weight.

  • Another suggestion would be to participate in cardiovascular and stress-releasing activities that you enjoy, such as walking, swimming, tennis, dancing, writing, reading, journaling, or meditating, either alone or with a partner, and allow time for these activities, each and every day.
  • Stress is the #1 cause of all dis-ease in our body, including the need to eat unhealthy foods, to eat at the wrong time, and to seek solitude. Fortunately, stress-releasing activities go hand-in-hand with maintaining a lean, healthy, strong body. Not only will you feel lighter and freer, you will have the mental capacity to think and work with clarity.

  • Another suggestion your subconscious mind will easily accept would be to break the association of eating unhealthy or additional foods at inappropriate times (i.e., breakfast meetings or while watching TV).

By eating the right foods at the right time, participating in daily cardiovascular activity, and by having a clear vision of your goal, your mind and body will work together to easily release excess weight. As an added bonus, you will be more involved in life, your stamina will increase, and you will feel good. Not only will you have the time to enjoy life, you will also have the energy to enjoy life.

As soon as you begin releasing the excess weight, you will notice the following changes in your appearance:

  • you will feel better,
  • look better, and
  • you will regain your positive self-image.

This is all the motivation you need! Those with weight related medical issues will receive an extra benefit. You will begin to reverse the risk of high blood pressure, diabetes, heart attack, or stroke. If you are already Type II insulin dependent, reducing your weight will result in eliminating Type II and the need for insulin!

If you think that you don’t have the time, the energy or the money to invest in your health and would like a quick fix, such as surgery, think again. The surgeon’s fee alone is approximately $50K. Additionally, you will need to take the time to see nine other specialists for evaluation before undergoing surgery. Then you will need approximately one month recovery time (keep in mind the loss of income, discomfort, and immobility). Finally, you will need to follow a strict meal plan because you will no longer be able to eat all the wonderful foods that are available to you. Your food choices will be limited by your inability to consume and digest foods. And, once you have fully recovered from the surgery, you will begin a prescribed exercise program.

There are no miracle cures. You create the miracle of weight reduction by positive thinking. So, why not eliminate all the steps leading to the surgery and jump right into the final steps—eating healthy foods at the right time and participating in a cardiovascular activities of your choice, such as walking, swimming, tennis, golfing, or dancing. Your attitude towards life and your health is very important in changing your body chemistry. You are the creator, director, and producer of your life. You can produce the body you desire—healthy, lean, and strong. And, as a secondary benefit, you will enhance your physical, mental, and emotional health as well. It’s so easy with hypnosis!
